I can't even begin to describe the level of frustration with this company. The worst customer service I have ever had. I have never felt more sorry about purchasing a service as I do right now. If you like getting the old runaround, sign up. You won't be disappointed.Anonymous

I'm right here with you. It's been 16 days now and I had to buy a new fridge since I was getting no response from them. This is unbelievable. My family and co-workers are in shock as well. When I get my reimbursement check (I know, good luck huh?) I'm done with them.Anonymous

Same with me they just keep go around in circles with you and then when you have provided them with the exact invoices they request they that is not good enough we need more. Waiting on $2600 they owe me after they told me to get my own contractor. Pathetic company. All the above is true.Anonymous

I am going through the same frustration I have called them 3 4 6 times a day and I'm not getting resolution. I'm afraid for further damage in my house I really don't know what to do
