to no mask, though i am exempt per Medical Reasons. Masks cause health issues (Hypercapnia), and requiring someone who has health issues to wear said masks, to enter your store, is cause for concern, and violation per the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as a form of discrimination et al. My question is, does Kroger or any company, open to the public, trades as public on the stock exchange, and receives Government subsidies, willing to accept Commercial Liability if, anything were to happen to anyone whom works or shops at their businesses and wearing a facial covering under duress.. If not, then they should rethink their policy's, and act accordingly for people will start using the Rights they have, once they become awaken to this. Those whom give up liberty,

Do online shopping and don't go in. Protect the others around you. Do you wear a seatbelt? Why? Where is your liberty in that? Why do you get a ticket for not wearing it? You're only protecting yourself with a seatbelt. At least the mask protects others. Liability? Ask the GOP and this administration about that. They passed a law to exempt corporations from liability to people getting sick from COVID if they open. How can you "wonder" about liability for a mask? And to quote the civil rights act as a reason to not wear a mask; are you serious? Put your mask on or shop online.Anonymous
