I couldn't even get the CEO I was transferred from one representative to the nextAnonymous
2 week put delivery date. Thhen they DO NOT call you to tell you it will not be arriving....you have to call them!!! They continuously push your delivery date back. I am now being told that it will be two weeks later than the last time I was told. That means I'm waiting two months for my furniture. I've been in my new home for over a month now with nowhere to sit in my living room or on my patio. Ridiculous! Ridiculous! Ridiculous! The managers do not give a **** about the situation either. If you plan on buying from here......find somewhere else.....trust me.

Ordered our sectional 5/13 was told it would be delivered today. Took off work, and they never showed. Now we are being told delivery date of October.... How can they do this?Anonymous

I'm dealing with the same thing. Ordered on 5/27 told it would be here early July and still nothing. I have to follow up with them. When it was delayed, no apology. Just we think it will be here early August.Anonymous

I cancelled my orders, purchased in early June, original delivery date was early July, I called to check the status received several dates, now end of October. I only found out because I called Ashley. I cancelled my order at the Naperville location and the most unprofessional manager, Wally, displayed the worst customer service skills. He is a poor listener and wants to appear competent!Anonymous

This sounds exactly like what I have been going through. Ordered a desk late May. Told estimated arrival would be first week in July. Was told could be earlier but they are giving themselves that cushion. Waited patiently until mid July to call store and was told problem with a part for the return and they would send both pieces when that was ready. I requested to send the desk now and return when it was ready. Told it would be in by first week in August. Today Aug. 13 I was told they are no longer promising when orders will be ready and delivered.Anonymous

My daughter is dealing with the exact same thing, but if you don't make a payment (for furniture you have yet to receive) they will turn you over to collections. I thought Ashley Furniture was a more reputable business. I thought wrong. I will never purchase from them. Too many other furniture stores out there.Anonymous
