My fianc bought a ring for me online in March. We received an email saying it had shipped and we continued checking the details. To this day (June 10th) it STILL says it hasn't arrived to UPS. We've gotten in touch with customer care twice and they said it was due to COVID and they're not sure why the label was even printed. Okay, well just give us a refund since it hasn't left your warehouse. They gave us a 10% discount while saying they're not sure why or what's going on. The refund of 10% showed up, but we asked that it be cancelled and we haven't heard anything back. This was a month ago. That makes 3 months total since the initial placement. We have not received any information, tracking has not been updated, no email updates, no refund. NOTHING. At this point, I'm absolutely frustrated with this entire process. Since then, he's bought a new ring and we've received it and everything was perfect. We keep getting the run around and We were on hold for over two hours yesterday. (June 9th) and here I come to this page to have him call that corporate number and someone answered immediately. We just want our money back. We understand the virus cause a lot a mishap, but we've waited 3 months and the money was taken from our account but we just keep being put on hold. "I'm still here just looking into it" silence for 10 mins. "Okay *repeats what we already told her* can you hold for a few moments". Now we're being told AGAIN we have to wait for a refund EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM HAS NOT SHIPPED. I want the money back and I will not do business with this company again.Anonymous
