Earthlink has gone down the tubes. Several spam emails and there elite team does not know how to communicate properly to help you fix the problem. Terrible customer service.Anonymous

I started with them back in the 1990's. They are horrible now. If you try to call the States, no one picks up. The technicians treat you as if you were stupid and one named William is arrogant and talks over you. I am trying to figure out how I am going to get our organization's e-mails if and then we dump them. William had the effrontery to tell me we are getting phishing and spam directly into our inbox because, "like a bank, we are more secure and are s target". How is it our gmail account is not a orobkem?? On Yelp, people have given the new parent company Windstream, a half a star total for service!!!
