I paid $20,000 for furniture and am in the same boat. They could care less. I flew to CA from VA for my furniture delivery to my other home. They claimed I didn't confirm which I did three different times so they cancelled my delivery. I flew out again later in July and received everything except my upholstered bed. It was supposed to be available for delivery on the 22nd. I didn't receive a call, just called now and they are saying Sept. 2nd. I placed my order in May. I would never order from them again and would never advise anyone too. It is the worst customer service I have ever experience. Is there a way to file an actual complaint?
