Sears seems to be going under and I can honestly understand why. Their customer service sucks and no supervisor or higher authority are always "off line" meaning unavailable. I ordered a freezer in April 2020 and found the order was delayed 5 times over 3+ months. The last call said to call delivery dept as order delayed again. I called cusomer service & explained and said if it wasn't being delivered this time I wanted to cancel. She gave me excuses why she couldn't at this time so I said forget it. I have an appt and will call back. When I got home I called the warehouse & they said yes it was to be delivered this time so I said great. The next day I get email saying my order had been cancelled! I called numerous times & they either hung up me or transferred me to the sales dept just to get rid of me. The email said they were working on cancellation but would be 5 business days yet everyone I spoke with said "SORRY it cannot be undone once cancelled" I am so livid yet no one to speak with that can do anything to help me. I will NEVER do business with Sears again. EVER! I have spent numberous hours wasted on the phone with people so can do nothing, yet can definately say I'm Sorry over and over, like that is supposed to help! Goodby SearsAnonymous

I'm having the same issue, waiting for our freezer since May and the same with the customer service, just not helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was placed on hold the same woman came back on the line trying to diquese her voice but not very well stating she was the supervisor. Can't get anywhere but calling corporate tomorrow. I like to know why it said it stated on their site that the freezer was in stock when I ordered back in May and I would like to know why there are Hotpoint freezers now on the shelf at home depot but they don't have any. What the hell!
