I am another affected by covid 19. I left oregon in October because my grandmother became sick in California. My US Bank branch allowed my account to be over withdrawn over thirty times resulting in $500 in overwithdraft fees for $300 in credit. They have now closed account and sent it to collections telling me that there is nothing they can do unless I give them $500. I'm really disappointed that they could not reach out to me or put a stop to my automatic payments, that at the time was the least of my worries. I'm praying that someone will hear my cry for help, and give some justice to these hard times.Anonymous

I had the same problem and they took like 900 dollars in fees that I had to pay. Before they would decline the payment but they let everything go through while I left to take care of things in Cali and didn't notice the overdrafts no notifications nothing until I came back. This is a shameful thing to do to take advantage of their customers during covid
