What is going on with the BCBS customer service number at (PHONE)? I have been on the phone daily for at least 2 weeks and about 2 1/2 hours per day trying to reach someone about our coverage, questions and now I am cancelling. No way am I happy with this service.Anonymous

I am from a providers office and EVERY TIME I call with additional questions regarding an EOB for clarification your claims dept REFUSE to answer any of my questions. Blue has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any of the payers out there. I hate having to deal with blue.Anonymous

Agreed. Same here. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours today and still did not find a resolution to my employers issue. Even on a personal level, the plans are outrageous now. They only want to collect money from consumers while providing a **** service.
