I tried cancelling service in first 30 days. Finally contacted attorney general who spoke with them they agreed yo cancel no charges and they are still billing me monthly. And every time I call I am asked to send the letter in to the service department which I have done twice. $200 later Im still paying and still have no clue where to send all of this equipment.Anonymous

I also am trying to cancel service for system not working. Camera doesn't work, now I have a false alarm! Only had system for 34 days and they want $2,000 cancellation fee for a system not working!
