Nissan (Carrollton GA) has been a nightmare. The front sonar system hasn't work properly since I purchased my 2019 Altima. I've asked for my sensor to be replaced, but they haven't. And they keep my car for three days in July for a few hours job. They consistently make excuses an tell me I never had the feature on my car. I had to replace my windshield. I had a tinted they put in a cheaper one without my consent. Consumer Affairs (LVM) won't return my calls nor the dealership. It was briefly fixed back in July 2019 (Case# 36355043). Hasn't worked right since they touched it. Not sure all Tech are trained by Nissan.
The BIG KICKER IS I PAID FOR A GAP INSURANCE (Sign contract) THAT THEY NEVER TURNED IN per American financial . So, I road around for six months no Gap. And now nobody's talking or giving me my $300 back.
These practices shouldn't be going on. Nobody cares about the customer. I've spoken to management/customer Relations (A Joke). #EverybodyLiesAnonymous

Yes Nissan Carrollton is bad. Sylvester is the worst manager. Please avoid at all costs!
