ORDERED A SECTIONAL ONLINE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WASN'T AVAILABLE IN MY WAREHOUSE WELL GUESS WHAT IT'S IN MY WAREHOUSE NOW AND $200 LESS! PUT IN FOR A PRICE ADJUSTMENT WAS DENIED, CALLED WAS ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS TO BE TOLD THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING GOT A SO CALLED SUPERVISOR WHO WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL ! WAS TOLD THEY CAN REFUND MY MONEY AND COME GET THE SOFA WE HAVE BEEN USING FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS DURING A PANDEMIC AND I COULD GO BUY IT IN THE WAREHOUSE FOR THE LOWER PRICE! SO THEY'D RATHER SPEND THE MONEY PICKING UP A SOFA THEY CAN'T RESELL THEN JUST CREDIT MY ACCOUNT THE $213 DIFFERENCE? WHERE'S THE LOGIC? WHERE IS THE RESPECT FOR A PAYING MEMBER OF 25 YEARS? VERY DISAPPOINTED IN COSTCO FOR THE 1ST TIME IN 25 YEARS.

I had an issue with an employee at the Senter road location in San Jose. I want to purchase 2 sofa's in the morning and if they could hold them till later that afternoon till I was able to pick them up. I was told that they would not be able to do this. I went to the Coleman location bought the sofa's they held and I picked them up in the afternoon
