I have been a valid customer with Zales for years. My husband has spent so much with them and is well known and liked by all the zales workers in Florida and Hawai'i. But, I'm appalled at the treatment that corporate gives their valued customers. We have never been late. We have ALWAYS paid extra and on time or early. I was charged almost 900 dollars on a promotion because of THEIR 27$ mistake.............I have been on the phone with them all morning and the most I get is TUFF ****! You guys loose. Oh sure it's just ONE customer. Look at your reviews guys.....Are you planning on closing and that's why you no longer care about customer service! But I will not give up complaining until I die or you guys close.........I'm in shock that I went up the line today and got nowhere...........Anonymous
I'm so sorry how they treat you. Especially after all the money you've sent their way. I've only had one experience with them and it is horrible and I will never go back. They refused to help even the tiniest bit. And then the customers have no recourse

Completely agree Kathy. Honestly hope they close to prevent anyone else having to endure their BS. I've been lied to about their return policy. I purchased an engagement/wedding ring set in Sep 19. Ring was too large, and we were not completely happy with the cloudy stone. Went back to get it sized and talk about options. Zales said no problem ... we'll get it resized ... and since it will be sized down to a 4 1/2, it'll have to be a new ring, as they can't size the 7 down that far. Zales said since it's a new ring, when you get it, their 60 day return/exchange policy will start. Picked up the newly sized rings on 23 Feb 20, but didn't get a new receipt. I asked Zales for a new receipt to assure the 60 day return/exchange option, and the employee simply wrote on a piece of notepad paper, "rings picked up 2-23-20, able to return/exchange for 60 days". I asked for something more official, and was told not to worry, as all the info was in the computer. Well, fast forward a bout 2 weeks. We were still not happy with the diamond. Due to COVID, all stores closed. Signed up for a virtual Appt, but received no phone call from Zales at the appointment time. Finally went in to the Zales store and talked with the manager. He looked it up and said the only info in the computer is the Sep 19 purchase. So, they refuse to do anything. Honestly, I wish I had read all of these (and all those others written) before I purchased at Zales. Never again.Anonymous
