Doo is right. Schneider treats their drivers like an inconvenience and a disposable resource. I've worked on their P&G account for almost two and a half years. I ended up getting sick and needing two weeks off. I've been released with no restrictions by my primary care physician and a specialist and supplied them with the paperwork per their request. I then ended up going to their guy and cleared me.. they then wanted me to do another DOT physical and sent me to their person again and she cleared me also.. I just got another call from this 1st Lab/FS Solutions and it turns out I'm not done jumping through hoops. Schneider's P&G account at Lima was already 70+driver short when I got sick. And in the 2.5 months that I've been jumping through hoops they just lost another 6 drivers that I know of on nights. There is a reason why a company has to offer at $7,500-$10,000 sign on bonus to new drivers and that should be a red flag to anyone. There's a reason why you can't find any drivers in the Lima area anymore Schneider and that $10,000 sign on bonus isn't helping you out much either. Even all your Flex drivers that you brought in isn't a big enough Band-Aid to fix your problems. It used to be a nice account before you destroyed it.Anonymous

All you drivers need to.look up Schneider & Wallace Law Firm in Houston TX their address and 0h9ne number are on Google. They are going to **** slap this cesspool of a company and teach these bastards that they can't **** all over there drivers and employees non stop. I have told them a bunch of horror stories about assholes like Steve Branham out of Charlotte OC and what a psycho he is. They are goingbto.get big dollars for their drivers so call them up and ask for River Wallace.
