i need the address of the CEO for the Rheem Hot Water Division. I have a large piece of **** hot water heater to mail directly to him. It was sold as and marketed as the newest and greatest on the market and has fail to meet any of the VERY basic standards.
We have had nothing but problems and have been waiting during this time for over a month with nothing but excuses and faulty parts being sent to us for repairs. This is affecting 2/3 of our home. Areas including is kitchen, 3 bath rooms and laundry room. We have had to decline care of children and elderly adults due to NO hot water for care. Issues, excuses, and loss of time have gone on for an excessive amount of time for over a year. Please send me the address of the CEO so I might pack this up and at my expense send to him so he might install at his personal resident. After dealing with this unit I am sure he will leave RHEEM due to false marketing - advertising and theft of personal funds. I will continue to push this inefficiency out to the public in any way possible, starting with social media and our legal counsel.
I think sending them the piece of **** is a great idea! Mine would be right there along side yours. If every dissatisfied customer who was stuck with one of these, they would be piled high in front of their corporate office. If that isn't making a statement I don't know what is. I am also blasting them on social media. What we really need is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
