My daughter and I both bought vehicles about 6 weeks ago at Rodeo Hyundai in Surprise, AZ. Initially I was so pleased with them. Not anymore. First, when my FICO score came back it was about 60 points lower that on the quick FICO I got with my credit cards, and sure enough I got confirmation that the FICO score from 2 of the lenders they went through was in fact 65 points higher than they said. Now I am dealing with the fact that my new registration has not arrived and today my tags expired. They will not give me updated tags and because I am female spoke about me within ear shot like I don't have a brain to figure things out on my own. I have called 3 times and get no one to call me back. Doing my own research on ADOT the plates are still registered to the care I traded in. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THE CROOKS GET YOUR MONEY AFTER THE PURCHASE. My husband tried to warn me but I did not listen. Run go elsewhere they are awful!!!Anonymous
Totally agree I just purchased a Hyundai at the Surprise Az store Terrible. Took over 3 hours to do the financing . They gave me nothing for a trade in.. Then the windshield washer was empty.. I tried to fill it all the fluid went on the driveway.. I went back to Surprise Hyundai a rodent had eaten through the the container, the hoses and the wires, evidently while sitting on the lot. It's not the first time the service dept said. I still have not received my plates for my car. and the title will be emailed to the MVD and I have to wait the the MVD to send me my title. I'm going to trade this 2020 Tucson in for a Subaru Forrester Gas mileage is terrible I'm constantly filling up the tank! I have FICA score from three different agencies they used the lowest not sure why. I should have walked out of the leadership. The Manager Peter could have cared less,

My Camry from Avondale Toyota was a lemon looks like the Hyundai is a grapefruit. I wish I would have read these comments about the Earnhardt dealership before I purchased my car.
