after I bought a car from Earnhardt chevy about 1 week later the finance person called and said there was a problem with financing. I called and spoke with Ramirez in finance and was told they could not get me approved at that interest rate. They needed me to come back and sign new papers and the amout would be $14 more a month. I refused and said I would bring the car back. Suddenly while still on the phone he said he would work with the numbers that they didn't want to lose a sale over $14. Then why did he call me in the first place. also I was already pre approved with desert financial, which they told me they couldn't get the numbers right with them. I spoke with desert financial the next day and was told that was incorrect. To me this seems as if they were trying to get more money out of me.Im very disappointed this happened since Earnhardt has been in the valley for many years and must being doing things right. To have this happen and being a representative of Earnhardt has put a negative feeling in me. I have bought multiple vehicles from earndhart but now I may not do business with them anymore. very dissapointedAnonymous
