My account was also closed all of a sudden without any notice. There was almost 10,000 sent to my acct from the workforce in washington which wasnt mine. I called chase to let them know there was a mistake and to send the money back to where it belonged. They did reversed that amount. A few days later they restricted my account with 2,600 in there which I couldnt use because of the restriction. When I tried getting my money back they told me that I didnt have any access to that money until the account was completely closed in 10 business days. That happened in 5/26/20. Today I called again to find out what happened and they told me that the cashiers check that was made was under the name of Washington Workforce. I got mad and started telling him ****, he apologizes and tells me "oh no it looks like is under review with another company and they will send it to you once they are done reviewing it." I have been banking with chase for more than 6 years and Im very dissapointed at this bank. WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BANK'S ****. THEY CANT STEAL OUR MONEY. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO KEEP OUR MONEY.Anonymous
