WORST CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
No one answers questions and stores tell me the same
They are the DEVIL
I've been a very important custermer of Purina for well over 4o+ yrs. l call 4 THIER coupons & I get horrific service from person who answers my call in Minami, Florida
I also am treated in a most god awful way when speakiing with PURINA HEAD SUPERVISOR. FYI - I get hung-up constantly. I live in the very heart of Los Angeles, CA
THEY HAVE BEEN MAILING VERY SIMPLE COUPONS FIR MY CATS And IN THE LAST 4-6 MONTHS ALL ARE "EXPIRED" AND ALL MAjJOR SUPER MARKETS WILL NOT ""EXCEPT EXPIRED COUPONS " Within the last 40+ yrs I have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUYING PURINA / NESTLE PRODUCTS.
BOTTOM LINE: $$$$ and GREED. OH..back around 4-5 yrs ago I never had 1 single issue with this BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS when I was calling them in NEW YORK
EST Time - Only Mon - Fri. / 3 hrs earlier. AND I NEVER HAD ONE (1) Single Problem @ all. NOW THAT I HAV TO CALL FLORIDA.....It's " THE NITE MARE FROM HELL"
