As a police officer, I can tell you that this goes to the business. Any business can refuse service to anyone and for ant reason, the main reason for that is 1st its a private business and 2nd its private property. Yes it is still private property even though it's a business, not sure where you are located but most places companies and refuse business to anyone for any reason because they are considered private property with public access.Anonymous

store #1795 told them I had a medical condition twice Then he asked for proof which I do carry on me but due to Hippa violation and the 4th and 5th amendment I don't have to show so I chose to walk outAnonymous

Within a pandemic all of those amendments are sort of fizzled out. The pandemic laws superceded the HIPPA laws at this point. We have to ask due to safety of people within the storeAnonymous

Incorrect. Stores are getting multi thousand dollar fines for breaking HIPPA laws in US.Anonymous

Make an complaint through state website OSHA. I experience the same thing. The are violating mandate which states there are excempt categories as long as you identify that you are in the excempt catagory and they cannot ask for documentation. Also call the hotline for buisness violating the mandate. Most states have this.Anonymous
