This is the worst company you can have insurance with. You can't talk to any one in the headquarter office. They only send you a letter which stated that your premium was increased. But when you asked to discuss with Shannon Hite (Chief Customer Service Officer) the answer any body will get SHE NOT EXCEPT PHONE CALLS. I would like to know what she is doing during working hours??? I think it's starts with president of the company and down the line. They are all retarded.Anonymous

WOW. I guess I'm not the only one out here wondering what the heck is going on. Tried applying for their drug plan and now no one can find a record of it either in Omaha or the Philippines or wherever customer service is routed to. Started with a young guy somewhere in Florida and talked to no less than 4 different customer service people. Now I want to make sure the application is non-existent, lost or never processed so I can go with another PDP provider. Don't need someone cancelling my current program on me.
