ess Account for Exporting. I have been at this for 3 weeks now. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. I have called about 35 times and sent emails. They assigned me to an Account Manager his name is Kyle Chance and he is supposed to help me. Well no go. So after 3 weeks I go up the food chain and call and get his supervisor's name Joe Jimmy well here we go again. Left two messages and not one return phone call. In addition messages were sent to these people from all the Customer Service people I have spoken to. I cannot believe that these people are so overwhelmed they cannot set up a new account. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer Service and I am sick and tired of COVID being their excuse. BS you are not that busy shipping to CHINA t,m,m,m,m ,m, m, m, ,m ,m
