I placed an order with Teleflora to send to my sister because she had to put her dog to sleep . So I decided to send her some flowers and make her feel better I have used this service several times never had a problem .So this time my sister receive a bouquet that wasn't what I ordered I contact the company they told me they will have someone in that local area call me back which never happened .I got in contact with every florist in that area and they all told me that the order was rejected because they didn't have that particular flower to fulfill the order . I asked for a full refund or to complete the order what I asked for they first told me they will give me 15% back me while my order was $90 then they told me they would just give me 50% of my order I feel it was not right they made the error so they should give me back a full refund..Anonymous
