I'm so mad with this teleflora I think there a fraud cause I purchase flowers for my mom for mother's day and I still can't received it and everyday it's on it way and still can't reach I'm so **** mad and all they trying to do is give discount every time you call like that is going to help make the delivery I could never recommend them to no one even if they was giving flowers away free there a disgrace to flowers dilevey servicesAnonymous

At least you got through to someone! I spent a total of 7 hours on hold for 3 consecutive days trying to get the flowers - i finally gave up. the intended recipient was hurt that no flowers ever arrived. she thought i forgot. b/t/w, the flowers were supposed to arrive on friday before mothers' day. when they did not arrive at the appointed time on friday, i called. they said the flowers were delivered. they lied. i called again, they said they would be delivered on saturday.. they lied. no flowers then, or on sunday. i've ordered before with them with various minor issues. i won't make the mistake of ordering from them again!Anonymous

I have used teleflora for years and never had a problem until this year. Ordered my usual Thomas Kincade premium piece and got a candle with some Holly berries! It was pityful! Sent a picture to customer service and never even got a response!
