I have had it with DirecTV! I have a package that is around $47 each month! Yet each month I am charged $76.23! When I called I was promised Promotional discounts and $25 credit on my account. Then the rep asked me to hold and came back telling me that he could not give me credit. I spent over 7 hours trying to find out why he gave this dog a bone, then took it from me! Four really rude people and one misdirected call to the wrong TV service completely, this still has not been resolved! I have spent over 7 hours with this, and no resolve so will be going to Comcast/Infinity with my offer that they offered me of $159 each month for all three services (TV/Internet/Phone) 250+ channels and 2,000 speed on the net. DirectTV lies to you about the price, then overcharges you, makes you pay the bill, offering you the difference back on your next statement, then says "only joking" and refuses to make good on their promised credit!Anonymous

I have had the same exact experiences monthly. My time off of work which should be spent with my children is always stuck fighting for hours on the phone with DirecTV, trying to argue what I was promised the month prior! DirecTV is a criminal company and needs to be reported to all overseeing agencies. They need to be charged, fined, and put out of business! They have screwed every customer that has remained loyal to them. Shame on you DirecTV!!
