Customer service with Sanyo / Funai Company is the worst I've ever experienced. Their internal communication and record keeping with returned TV sets under warranty is horrible. I thought it might be an isolated case, but all I read here is story after story from people with similar experiences over several years. Apparently, Sanyo could care less about its reputation and customer relationships. So therefore, don't buy anything from this company. It doesn't seem to want to constructively address consumer complaints and stand behind its products..Their executive management should be both appalled and ashamed about this and take steps to change things. Question is will they?Anonymous
