So far since the gym has closed I have been charged $133.97. I called customer service and they are closed. There is absolutely nobody to speak to at this company. I could have used this money for groceries or bills. I can't believe you would continue to collect monthly membership dues long into the shutdown. I will be cancelling my membership. Your company is taking advantage of the situation trying to squeeze as much money out of all members before you stop all payments on April 16th. I do not want my membership extended due to the coronavirus. Membership payments should have been stopped as soon as your clubs closed. I will be filing disputes through my bank account and contacting the CFPB as soon as they reopen to file a claim against your company. You were overpriced anyways. There are much better options out there and your clubs were always filthy and lots things were broken or did not work as well. Very poorly run company. I hope you are unable to continue as a business due to how your treat your members.Anonymous

I am blown away by this company BILLING us each month with no product or services!! I will write to them though I do not expect an answer! I think there should be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them. Who knows a lawyer who will initiate this and take this on?!Anonymous
totally agree with you. they cannot take advantage of the situation for them to collect money so that their company continues, while all of us are unemployed and keeping the little money that we have to spend on food and groceries. this must be brought to court
