Manager Pablo at 72nd and Federal Denver Co should be fired
Due to Covid lay offs, I was forced to get a loan at my credit union so i could pay my bills and stay afloat.
My credit union gave me a certified funds cashier check, fund ready. I deposited it into my Chase account where my direct withdraws for my bills come out of.
The teller told me even though it is a ready fund cashier check they will still hold it two days but not to worry as the money will be released by July 30th
Today on July 30th the hold on the check shows not released until August 6th! When i called that branch I was told the manager could release the hold. But when I spoke to Pablo the manager who told me he would not remove the hold and that i should just wait for the money to release even though my deposit slip says 07/30/20. When i explained that i cannot wait that long and if i had known that i wouldnt have deposited it .Pablo gave me the "i understand but" script and refused to help or give me a number of someone that could. Pablo refused to give me his managers number and told me" that i have no reason to be upset" that the money will release on the 6th. I asked him if he is able to pay his rent this month and he laughed at me" This man should not be in management or public service for that matter" This branch's employees are obviously not on the same page. One says one thing and another says something else. It is even on the deposit slip of when it is to be released. UGH! No compassion they should be employed!! Whoever is listening that has the power to do something should address these issues, but the way things are being handled here in Denver, i doubt that will happen. Please restore my faith in your company i am trusting you with my money!! Oh he also said " I was not his customer"" Please address thisAnonymous

This is typical I am writing a letter to Chase and the CEO James Dimon, they have stopped Auto Refi. and there is never anyone to answer calls regarding credit etc.
For a Billion dollar company all they are interested in is $$$$$$$$ people don't matter it's the stock exchange and their rating. That's it! Never heard of Chase holding funds that long especially because it was not out of state or from foreign country?
Times have changed when i opened accounts yrs ago Chase was a different entity now its just about the money people don't matter ~! Thanks for reading and for your comments Rose ~
