Never again. Never, ever, EVER again. Car broke down and took SEVEN HOURS for a tow truck to come find us and figure out how to not only get us a replacement car, but also transport all four of us to get the replacement car. The was quite literally lectured by the customer service agent at the desk for not returning the car filled with gas--even though we weren't done with it and came in on the back of a tow truck. We missed an international flight and lost an entire day of our trip because the car broke, and we were treated like we were at fault. Zero compassion. In the process, received several phantom charges that could not be explained, and it was virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone in customer service. When we finally did, it was a multi-hour roundabout of 'that's not our department'. Still fighting with the credit card company to deny the charges. I will let everyone within my sphere of influence know to avoid Hertz at all costs.Anonymous

Well my vehicle broke down & it took them THREE days to give me a replacement vehicle all while my family & I were away on vacation. This company is trash! DONT RENT FROM THEM!
