I've had a problem with xfinity for 6 months now. I'm paying for gig speed but lucky to get 200. Every nite it drops to 60. A far cry for what I'm paying for. The service to my condo is horrible as at nite when everyone is home the service stinks. You can't call anyone who cares. Never again!!! Especially if your in a condo. There are literally no phones to call and complain unless you go thrthe computer calls that lead you to someone over seas.Anonymous

Ray, I'm having the exact same issue. I pay $120 a month for the fastest speed 600mbs and speed test show 200 or less and in my basement lucky to get 60mbs. My sons xbox lags bad. Have contacted costomer service several times (waiting over an hour to talk to someone) and nothing!!! But they sure want their money every month!!! ****!!!Anonymous

I would first suggest you contact your neighbors and whomever management is for your community. Possibly contact your HOA to verify that everyone else is having this issue. Maybe your complex is older and needs all new wiring. Quite a few will bulk on the suggestions from Comcast Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs) account reps.
