I had the worst purchasing experience of my life today and I am 69 years old. First of all I called at 9:30 a.m. and a guy answered the phone and listened to what I wanted and then said, "You will have to call back at 10:00 a.m. we are not open". I went on line and tried to order on line and the site would not let me put in a delivery time. So at 10:30 I called the store and they told me I could not have the large order special I would have to order online I also told her that I really needed the pizza to be delivered at 12:00 p.m. She said she was sorry I would have to order the pizza online. I tried to explain that I could not get it to work at all some time she connected me with a help desk that insisted that there was a button I should push. I could not find it. We worked forever. When I tried to put in my credit card that I use every day for everything and it would not let me put it in it kept telling me something was wrong. I had my husband try as well and he could not get it to work. Knowing that the pizza must be delivered by 12:00 p.m. I begin to panic after a while.thinking the order would not be delivered on time. So at 11:30 I called the store back and told her my story again and that I would have to order from her. Now she talked to me earlier and did not even remember that I had a time deadline. She asked every question in the book. I told her I really needed the pizza to be on time. She try to up-sale me all during the conversation. I told her I just needed five pizzas and for them to be delivered on time. Not only did I not get the large order discount. I was never asked if I wanted to give the driver a tip. I don't know if she included a tip or not or what my balance was. I think there should be someone in the store that could solve problems like this in a timely manner. I did not feel that my business was important to them. I felt that they were annoyed that I was an interruption of what they were doing. I work customer service and trust me I serve the public much better than this. I find a way to solve the problem.

this forum doesn't do anything to change how people are treated. The only thing that works is don't buy from unethical business. They don't look on here to see complaints Because they don't care. they deserve not our business. you can call, you can write, post on here and all. but nothing changes. See these corporations are just to big to fail. they have 10 customers in line to buy their garbage food. You and I mean nothing to them.
A class action law suit might help.
