Chase is no help whatsoever when it comes to fraud on your bank account either.
I had $900 stolen from me through Zelle to someone IN CHINA and they tell me it was authorized because they do not see any new device or service used.
So, that is it? I am out the $900 because your company, Global Security, doesn't think hackers can get into my online banking undetected????
I even called Chase on the day the transaction was "pending" and told them this was not done by me and I do not know who this recipient is. They said " You have to let the transaction go through before a fraud claim can be filed" So, the transactions goes through, I file a claim, they deny it!
If anyone has any suggestions for recourse on this I would greatly appreciate it.Anonymous

Update to above issue. After going on Twitter, Facebook and the Chase site I received a notice that they have "researched the transaction you reported and agree it was incorrect" I finally got my $900 back! It took a month and a lot of follow up, but it was worth it. Thank you Chase for correcting this.Anonymous

I think that the bank that funds this fraud stuff, your insurance company! & should reimburse you for not clicking the button on that pending tran . I'll keep an eye up in the sky that day !
