MOTHER'S DAY DINNER DISASTER! I responded to your email solicitation of April 30, 2020 titled Celebrate with our Special Mother's Day Family Meals - PRE-ORDER NOW! I placed my order Saturday May 9th, receiving an email and scheduled curbside pickup for Mother's Day at 3:30pm at your Freehold New Jersey location. I received a text message notifying me that you were running 90 minutes behind which in reality turned into a 3 1/2 hour delay!!!!
I obliviously cancelled my order and had to figure out what to feed my family of 6 who were sitting home disappointed to hear that our Mother's Day dinner was ruined.
This was bad planning on your part. Everyone knows that Mother's Day is the busiest time in the restaurant business so you should've plan accordingly. We're very disappointed not only have you lost me as a customer but you also lost the people in my family that also were involved as future customers.
I hope you learn from this mistake and take appropriate action to do better next time.Anonymous
This happened also in Charlotte, NC they were not prepared, understaffed and did not inform us of the delay. It was terrible service. We had pick up at 5:15 and left without a meal and no dinner for Mother's Day. I have to contact them on how to get refunded.
