I turned in my engagement ring and wedding band on March 12th of this year to be resized for my May 23rd wedding. I was told that they would have my ring back to me on March 30th but it is now June 9th and I have not received a notification saying my ring is ready for pickup so I had to wear a fake ring for my wedding instead of my ring that my now husband handpicked for me. Now I know that stores have closed due to Covid-19 but when the store closed in the Augusta Mall I was not notified by email or phone call that my ring would not be back on time. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with the store while they were open and I couldn't get anyone on the phone and every time I contact customer service, I am told that my store isn't open and I will be notified when my store opens. At this point I just want my rings back or a refund so I can take my business else where.Anonymous
You won't get any help from Zales corporate. I'm sorry about your ring. You might have to take the loss and move to a better jury store. Never buy at Vals again. They are horrible and I have horrible customer service and do not back up their product. They are the Walmart of jewelry stores

Same here!! My husband got me a band for my wedding set and took it in to get sauntered March 13th and we can't even get a call back!!
