As a 20-year member - I have waited 12 weeks or more repeatedly for the alleged 'courtesy gift' for my two-year paid committment to AARP. I wish AARP would make a committment to either express or guarantee my receipt of the Blue-Tooth item without having to wait any longer than I already have, 1/24/2020. This is the third phone call and the first email I am sending regarding this item. The member should NOT have to be responsible for following up nor or tracking.
I tracked the last item and it was allegedly delivered, however, I did NOT receive the item from December 11, 2019. I do not wish to wait any longer. At this point either cancel my membership or get me the item, please,

I had a similar bad experience with their so called "free gift". If it looks online like you received it but you didn't, they will do nothing to help. Don't worry, if it's anything like the gift I got it isn't worth it. Total junk. Broke the first time I used it.
