Terrible! is the only word to describe Justice today. Have placed 4 orders recently. Only received one. They kicked the others out because I have a PO Box. I selected to have them deliver to my physical address, but in order to pay my credit card is associated with my PO box. They kicked my order out and sent a whoops email. Then they wanted me to stay on the phone and reorder my items (was not able to do that due to the size $1,000.00) I had them cancel that order. I then went on line and reordered in 3 separate orders. Expected to receive these items. No notification to the contrary. When they didn't arrive I went on line and they were listed as cancelled. I called and wanted to know why!!! I was told they weren't sure but they thought it had to do with the PO Box. I was told that someone would call me with in 48 hrs. I still have not heard from anyone. I have four granddaughters and often placed large orders with them. I will not be shopping in the store or online again. I guess if you have a PO Box (even thought you do not want it shipped there) You are not wanted as a customer. You can't even get a response when you call and customer service is not able to help you. They can only send it to an office that refuses to talk to customers. This has made my holiday shopping inconvenient, but someone else will reap the benefits that Justice clearly does not want.Anonymous

I'm going through a similar situation. I'm trying to send my niece, which are a military family stationed in Japan, gifts for Christmas. I places 4 orders total last week. 3 out of 4 of those orders have issues. Half of 2 of the orders items were cancelled, and another order was marked as shipped but has not been received by USPS for 3 days now. I tried chatting and calling in and neither of the two customer service reps and supervisors I spoke with could do anything other than request a cancellation for the 1 order that hasn't shipped yet. They couldn't even offer me a credit on my account. Now I'm stuck waiting for a cancellation and refund that might not be approved and I have to go out and shop again for my nieces gifts that will not arrive in time now. NEVER SHOPPING AT JUSTICE AGAIN.Anonymous
