WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SUBWAY OR SHOULD I RESTATE THAT MANY SUBWAY HAVE TRULY CHANGED THERE ATTITUDE OVER THE YEARS ANYWAY, TODAY ON AUGUST 2ND 2020 AT AROUND 6:17 PM I WANTED TO TRY OUT A FOOT LONG DUE TO THE MANY TV ADS I KEEP SEEING SO TODAY WAS GOING TO BE THE DAY I GET ME AND MY DAUGHTER ONE . ANY WAY I WALK INSIDE THE PREP WORKER WAS DOING SOME CLEANING I GUESS ANY WAY I NOTICE THERE WASN'T A SIGN ANY WERE ABOUT THE FOOTLONG DEAL SO I ASKED THE WORKER,.AND SHE TELLS ME OH THIS LOCATION DOESN'T HAVE THAT DEAL AND I ASKED HER WHY? BECAUSE THE TV AD DIDN'T SAY NO PARTICULAR LOCATION.THEN SHE SAY OH THAT'S BECAUSE WE WAS TELL OPEN DOING THE CITY LOCK DOWN. THAT DEAL IS FOR THE SUBWAY;S THAT NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY. I JUST LOOKED AT HER AND SAID YOU KNOW THAT DON'T, MAKE SINCE I GUESS SHE THOUGHT, OUR CONVERSATION WAS,. THE END OF JUST TELL ME ANYTHING AND THAT'S IT, NOT FROM ME BOO IT GOES WAY DEEPER THEN SHE THINKS.Anonymous

I got the same excuse at my subway in NC last week. I emailed customer service and got no reply
