Was just at the Fry's on Stapley and McKellips in Mesa and most customers are not wearing masks! It's mandated by Maricopa County so why are you allowing them in your business to subject your workers and customers? You as a business during a pandemic has a responsibility to keep us safe while we are shopping. I hope you can find ways to rectify this.Anonymous

The CDC (that's the Center for Disease Control says 99.4% of those who contract the Wuhan virus RECOVER! Based on CDC statistics.!!!
Mesa City Council does NOT have authority to "mandate" masks!
How many people died in Arizona in 2019 through Aug 10, 2019??? (Phemonia, seasonal flu, etc). Americans are being LIED to!! The media is UN-truthful!! Propaganda!!! LIES are UN-healthy for individuals & society! "For God has not given us a spirit if fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7Anonymous

Lol, it's not mandated by the county, only "declared" or "proclomated" by cities. There is NO LAW! Where are you getting your false information from?!!!! You just go along believing something is a law when you've never seen the law because it doesn't exist!Anonymous

It doesn't have to be mandated by a County.
Stores are private property and can set their own policies.NO MASK.....NO SERVICE

There are MULTIPLE EXCEPTIONS to the mandate. And MULTIPLE REASONS why Fry's took a couple of hours to put signage up. Fry's/Kroger is not going to call the police for every person who enters maskless. And all a person has to say is "I have a medical reason for not wearing a mask". Fry's CAN NOT DENY THEM ENTRY. That's DISCRIMINATION! Nor can Fry's ask what the medical reasons are or ask to see a Doctor's note. That's a clear and hard fast HIPPA VIOLATION. If you are that afraid of or have a concern with catching CORONAVIRUS DON'T LEAVE THE SAFETY OF YOUR OWN HOUSE. And stop your whining when you have NO IDEA why some are not wearing masks.Anonymous
Wear the darn mask already

Fry's food stores are PRIVATE PROPERTY.
Private properties can mandate and adhere to ANY policies they want, this includes everyone wearing a mask.
If a sign is CLEARLY posted that you must wear a mask to enter, you must wear a mask to enter. If you don't want to wear a mask, don't shop at the PRIVATE PROPERTY store, use curbside or delivery service.
Also, as far as everyone saying they don't have to wear a mask because of A MEDICAL issue or condition, there's other options such as a face shield.
There are no listed medical conditions in the CDC guidelines that prohibit anyone from wearing a mask, except those on a oxygen supply, which they shouldn't be shopping in a store anyway during these times.
Stop your whining about wearing a mask!!!!
A lot of people don't want to wear a mask, but THEY DO, because it's the right and safe thing to do in order to get rid of the virus.
You don't want to wear a mask into private property stores then stay home!!!!Anonymous

Poor response, with a lousy attitude! Other stores have people outside making sure that people are wearing masks. To avoid an ordinance, you need a doctors signed letter. Just admit you are doing a poor job driven by a poor attitude!Anonymous

In response to Tired of Nosey Busybodies, yes they do have the right to deny service to people if they chose to.....Costco does, no mask you can't go in. But Fry's choses to not follow the mandate: " to wear masks inside a business place". Just yesterday I was at the Fry's on Signal Butte and Guadalupe, went in straight into produce section and I pass a man with no mask and a young lady with him also not wearing a mask and I tell my daughter: "look at these people not wearing a mask this is the reason why our numbers are so high". I'm saying this to her and the man turns in a aggressive way and says something to me it looked like he was wanting to come towards me So with that kind of behavior I then tell him: "yes I'm talking about you " he then goes on to say: " I have a medical condition ,mind your own business". I then stop to wonder: so why is he out if he has a medical condition, he should be taking care of himself and have others shopping for him....like the young woman with him....and why Is she not wearing a mask either? I continue to shop and we bump into them again and to my surprise there is another lady with them and a 10yr old NONE OF THEM WEARING A MASK! I'm sure not all 4 have Medical conditions......this is not ok! FRY'S needs to not just protect the rights of people with real medical conditions but also their other customers and especially their employees......and enforce: MASKS INSIDE THE STORE!!!!! On a side note they were not the only ones not using masks, we saw other customers not using them. I'm giving a Poor Rati g due to not ENFORCING THE LAW!!!! Going to take my business elsewhere........where they actually OBEY THE LAWS IMPLEMENTED!!!Anonymous

For one....not a law and two. ..you are a busybody and whether you don't think so or not ...not minding your own business by saying that "to your daughter" but loud enough for them to hear. Good thing there are a lot of other people willing to ship there. Your business is not needed with your crappy attitude.Anonymous

people have to eat. What do you suggest they do?
Curbside pickup? All well & good except the quick click people at Mckellips & Recker aren't wearing their masks either.
Home delivery? Same problem. People spreading disease due to not wearing their masks.
It is a LAW that masks be worn in maricopa county. So, they want to be criminals? Ok. Just don't be surprised when they start getting fined.Anonymous

IT'S NOT A LAW. Where did you learn it's a law? The news? Have you seen it yourself? No-because it does not exist! They are mere city proclamations or declarations- NOT LAWS. So stop discriminating against people who are protecting their own health by not wearing masks.Anonymous

Crystal. its not against the law to go barefoot in a store either . But if the store has a sign that reads . NO SHIRT , NO SHOES , NO MASKS ...... NO SERVICE ! It is their policy. I'm sure you have certain rules in your house that you want respected .
