I bought a 65dpe34 and as soon as the warranty runs out the power inverter goes bad,,guess what,,can't even get it fixed because parts aren't available. I'm stuck with a 3 year old 65 inch TV that can't be fixed. Never buying Sanyo products ever again,, called Sanyo corporation and they send me to a contracted parts dealer that can't even get the parts ...Anonymous

my tv was working just fine when i went to bed last night, I come down this morning turn on my tv go start my coffee & let my dog out..I was in my kitchen heard the womens voice coming from my tv so didnt think anything about it. until I let my dog in grabbed my coffee came in sat down and green screen on tv with sound, thought wtheck, so I restart my tv, now no picture, green screen nothing, just the sound with flashing red/green power light..I have tried several numbers and no answer..I have googled possible things wrong and watched some u-tube videos on sanyo tvs with simular issues..last one I believe is the "back light" is out and they said, like yours "DO NOT" carry that bulb anymore..so i am stuck now on disability no tv..it is only 3 yrs old as well 55" the power light is constantly blinking red/green, red/green..cant actually find what that means, besides the back light video closest to what is happening with mine..but would be nice to be able to actually speak to a human to find out what to do if anything..i have a sanyo in my gkids room 42", that i have had for about 10 yrs and so far so good, no issues..reason why i bout another sanyo..the small town i live in has no tv repair shops any longer, called geek squad at best buy after sitting on hold for 45 mins without anyone answering the line, I hung up..
very frustrating to say the least..
hope you get it all figured out, this is such a shame that a "highly brand name" has no support for their customers..
