I am new to Swift Transportation, and I don't feel need. The pre-plan team won't give me any loads. I have been stuck in Oregon And Washington state now for 3 weeks. I joined this company because it was better then some of the others, but now I am thinking that I could be wrong. Every time I send A message through Qualcomm no one responds to my message. I have never in my life of work ever felt so unwanted by a company. The only one that really seems to care about me getting any loads is my Driver Manager. We are suppose to be a team. But I don't feel like I am part of this team. I feel like a nobody. They need to come up with a better way to communicate with the Drivers because the Qualcomm don't seem to be working. Then when you ask them to call you from the Qualcomm they don't they just send you a message. It is hard to read a message when you are driving. To me that is a big distraction and it is also very dangerous. I want to stay with this company but I also want to feel that I am part of this team not left in the rain and the cold.Anonymous

wow. That sucks! I guess they did me a favor when they lied to me and didn't hire me. GLAD it happened that way for me, saved me from your situation. I'd head for their nearest terminal and turn in the truck.
