Sprint is full of it...liesss...People should be able to extend as long as they want as long as they pay their bill. 1. Online 282 would have gotten my line on and an extension. Phone still off. 2. CSR transferred me to escalation department they were off no help so I requested to speak to a manager. The "supervisor" said there was no manager but after being persistent a manager named Charisse was to call me back within the hour. No call. I had to call them. I see why I left Sprint the first time. #bogus
