Your customer SUCKS.............As7/24/20 every time you change the channel instead of being on ALL it goes to recent and only a few shows are on menu?????????? HATE THIS FEATURE PUT IT BACK TO DEFAULT TO ALL., 2. I was told I was getting a credit to my account.............Credit means taken off................NOT EXTENDING my bill. Also since I had called in 3 times a week for 3 weeks and was on the phone at least 1 hr each time.......I feel I should get 1 month free, this is ridiculous.................I have done every trouble shooting that the reps told me to do............and IT STILL CRASEHES 9-10 TIMES A DAY...................Also, I use amazon prime and netflix and never have a problem???? THIS IS WHAT I LEARNED, BEND OVER AND TAKE IT IN THE **** CAUSE HULU DOES NOTHING TO HELP ITS CUSTOMERS....................................ON A SCALE 1-10 I GIVE MINUS -5
