I have had a Facebook business running my ads for the last few years. I have not been able to access my account for the last 5 days due to a Two-Factor Authentication code error. I had put in the wrong number by accident and now I keep getting this message "We limit the number of times you can request security codes in a given amount of time. We have this limit to protect your security. For help accessing your account, learn more, or try again later." When I click on 'Other Options' then 'Click on a request from Facebook', It takes me to a page that is titled 'Can't use business manager' . This is where I am asked to provide a phone number and email. Once this is filled out, it takes me right back to the login page, and then once again to the Two-Factor Authentication code page where I am getting the same error message. I am not getting any replies, or 6 digit code from Facebook.

I have also contacted their security department 4 days ago and have not had a reply.
I tried to open another personal account just to get access to my business but they keep getting rejected.
I have spent thousands of dollars posting Facebook ads, and for there not to be any kind of customer support when you are completely locked out of your account, is completely absurd and unacceptable. I have lost much business in these last few days due to these issues.
What business does not have a phone number, chat or working email? Is this even legal?anything i post
