To whom it may concern .I was a foreman hired only 3 weeks .returning home to see family and had a loss of a loved one .Was asked to go 6 hours out of my way to pick up an employee another foreman hired assuming they would have gas money. After arriving to pick them up they also had a girlfriend both on probation with no money .4 hours up the rd I am aware they have no money or tools .I drive over 650 miles in one day after putting my Godmother to rest exhausted still from driving pay out of pocket 600 over a period of 4 days to make sure this employee made it to work .Thinking I would be reimbursted. When in doubt the Foreman and the new employee had other plans to have me fired and steal my truck leavening me in Alabama with no ride and no job .I was asked to leave my truck at a jobsite were thousands of dollars of tools had been stolen from .With my window busted out and all my tools on the back of my truck .Being the Christian Man I am yes I admit to not being able to pass the random drug screen but I was not going to leave my truck even if I could have passed it.Being said I feel that maybe I should have been giving a opportunity to get over the loss of a loved one with out being asked to come back to work so soon and being reprimanded bye a poor descion that was made off the job site .Not in the right state of mindset as losing a family member everyone knows it takes time sum more than others .No excuses for my actions just asking for a fair shot at the best opportunity God ever gave me and I respect your descion what ever the outcome maybe and wanted to say Thank you for the opportunity. I am willing to go threw rehabilitation or what ever need be done to get my job back I have kids and a family and I was selfish for putting them in jeopardy. To whom it may concern

I am writing due to concern about a current employee with the company. It was brought to my attention the promiscuousness of this individual (Joyce Sproul) as well as pursuing adulterous relationships. From my understanding prior to the relationship she pursued with my husband knowing he was married, she also pursued others while they were in the area of the construction site. It would be appreciated if this individual was counseled on the importance of the integrity in which the company stands for and the Christian family values which are important within this organization. This individual previously worked for another company until the affair and to my surprised I had learned recently now she is working for this company which my husband is employed. I have faith that the human resource department will further investigate this matter, as well as counsel this individual on the negative impact behavior such as hers can project on the organization itself. Please address this either in counseling or other means

I wish to matter. I will continue this matter until it is rectified though the chain of command

    Thank you for the time

Becky Griffies Very Disturbed with this company at Fayette PiedmonttHospita

A company that needs to be shut down and OSHA will be reported and I will show you that anybody that uses them as a contractor will be very disappointed Well let me say first off this company was doing a job for Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville Georgia upon the time that this construction was going on I had to go to the hospital for a neighbor that had been in the severe wreck I went over to to see about them and pick them up well when we got there upon our arrival they had done some construction work outside of Piedmont which was not roped off we have pictures and was poorly done when we come out of the hospital we have pictures of pipes laying around the exit and I went to tap on the window to tell my husband we were ready to go and upon that when I went to step down on the step down on the parking lot I was going to return back into the hospital but they was so much debris and so much sheet metal and Pipes Laying Everywhere going Back into the hospital was very skeptical to walk back in because the great that entered back into the hospital and the pipes that were laying all around was sticking up all cracked up so she stepped up just to tap on the window to advise her husband that it was time to goshe did not want to have to return back into the hospital because it was like a obstacle course trying to get back into the hospital because they were pipes the spikes and she just went to tap on the window to keep from going in the part of the hospital in fear of hurting her feet that when she stepped back into the parking lot there was so many pipes laying around she fell and absolutely have destroyed her life and as I have dealt with companies as a construction company my I know a company that does construction work Local 387 Ironworkers they make sure every perimeter and every site is well-documented and roped off and taking care of and make sure every employee make sure they have cleaned up everything that will not cause accidents this is something that you is your responsibility and the company that is involved right I fell over a pipe and hit a concrete barrier and busted my head wide open and busted a artery along with a broken chin bone Jawbone a broken nose upon my teeth falling out and this happened back in December this company has not been responsible or taking care of me nor Piedmont Fayette hospital has either and at this point I would say this is a very very poor company that has not brought forth their responsibilities nor has Piedmont Fayette Hospital and I would say to you as far as being a contractor for a big industry like this I would make sure I would go to all links to make sure that this company would be well-secured when their patients came in and out the door as far as they construction company goes this is your responsibility not long as your responsibility but it's Piedmont Fayette Hospital responsibility to make sure when their patients enter and exit this company that they are secure even as we walked out the door we have pictures of pipes and sheet Metal And PVC Pipes laying everywhere the barriers was not taped off or caution anywhere and upon this a person had fell and busted a main artery in her head busted her jaw hurt her cheek bone and broke her nose her knee and has had severe memory loss upon having to have surgery and was told by the administrator that represents the Piedmont Hospital that Pat England that the person that operated and sewed up the lady with the busted artery was not an employee of Piedmont Hospital and was not a surgeon that she did not even respond to get a neurologist involved or keep the patient overnight for observation neither company wants to be responsible and when she went up to tap on the window to advise her husband they were ready to go when she come back down to step down they were open pipes that she was unaware of and flipped over the pipe and hit a concrete barrier that busted her whole head open and busted her teeth out and busted her knee broke her nose and is called severe memory loss and neither party wants to take responsibility so it this time I have eye witnesses that didn't even know the patient that had took pictures and stood around and advise the patient and her husband that this was a very poor construction site not only for them and Piedmont Hospital that he almost fell coming in so at this point Piedmont Hospital and this construction site needs to step up and take their responsibility for the health of a patient and be more responsible when they have construction going on that this company is not one that I would recommend
