    Had bad experience trying to contact their corporate office for open house for hiring event. No phone number to reach them. All numbers listed on websites or customer care number are misleading. Even their own call center does not know how to connect me with their corporate office or giving me information I want. I tried 5 different numbers 15 times to get no results. Shame on cingna management!

    Cigna has the worst costumer care of any company I have dealt with and I am 75.

    I pay the bills on day of receipt, yet Cigna continues to double bill me even though my bank statements show Cigna withdrew the amount weeks ago.

    Customer care hangs up on you if you are articulate and persistent in your complaint. I just spent over an hour on the phone with Cigna Customer service and all they can do is apologise and repeat that, basically, they cannot help.

    When I asked for the executive level complaint dept., they said none exists. When I asked for the Complaints telephone number, they said none exists. Though I can write in - after spending an hour uncompensated on my phone bill, Cigna gave me a number for Indiana Cigna while they know I'm in Massachusetts. Uncaring, inefficient and Cigna suddenly and without notice nearly doubled my monthly payment in January. Legal action is required to deal with a company that treats well-paying clients like this.

    I was out of work for seven weeks. Filed my short term disability within the standard amount of time. I cALLED EACH WEEK TO SEE HOW THE CLAIM WAS GOING AND EACH WEEK WAS TOLD, HOLD ON, IT TAKES TIME, ECT. WELL, I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS DENIED ON THE BEGINNING OF THE SEVENTH WEEK. hOW CRUEL. I DIDN'T MEET THE CRITERIA. e\

    EVEN SOCIAL SECURITY HAS MY ILLNESS AS ONE OF THEIR DISABILITIES. I WAS AND STILL AM BROKE, INSIDE AND OUT! FINANCIlly ripped, no rent paid for three months. and I didn't meet the criteria!!!!!! what a cruel company.

    I jose fernandez I have lot a problem with Cigna farmacy ,I have diabetes blood pressure ,las years dr sent trajenda ,I can afford 300.00a moth for 30 pills I call back ,he talk me a can't put the meditation back ,and he put out my money from my account,I thing that no fear an working for Dade county public schools ,my salary is 30.000.and year ,I'm paid Morgat and some bill.today Cigna send medication to cvs bird road and 67 ave in Miami I need 3 pills because the container it less 3 pills ,and I to paid 12 dollar for lozartan100/25 for 3 pills I'm have to way to Sunday because cvr don't give the 3 pills free and have paid my insurance from my cheque attentjose
