This company never has the same rate monthly for my bill .its a company that sucks the blood out of seniors ..with nothing provided to view on the cable channels ....I'm so sick of this ratched over bearing companyAnonymous

I could not agree more. Hours of waiting to talk to someone then I prompted for a call back at 5AM EST are you freaking kidding me!!! Then you try again so now let's try talking over Virtual Assistance. Another **** move. Then the company charges for things you do NOT HAVE access to. Millions of people pay an average of $10.47 extra for a sports package that I PERSONALLY know they do not use or want!!!! I was with this company for over 20yrs I left to go to VERIZON ..optimum gave me a good come back offer. Optimum null & voided their own contract because they didn't honor their promises. DO NOT TAKE OPTIMUM. THEY SUCK. Every month is a different amount.
