I called and asked for a supervisor to get my flight booked that was canceled due to covid. They told me at the time that I would not have a raised fare and would be able to book round trip air fare at that very same rate for a year. He told me I was mis informed 3 times and then hung up the call. Customer service is what you are to be about. Please respond to me and i need to book a flight asap so it does not fill up. Please contact me ASAP.
