This is the WORST customer service company!! They sell insurance and make you jump hoops to get the damaged claim THEN they don't pay!

Totally agree! IF you can get hold of a real person they arent empowered to do anything but read scripts. They definitely are NOT a customer service oriented company and they can not solve even the most simple delivery problems. At one time they were king but fat cart just dosent seem to care anymore. On paper customer service doesnt make money but once you dont have it you will eventually loose much business. It is a fool that dosent realize that once a dcustomer writes a company off it will cost them many times over the cost of a cs agent to regain them let alone the people they tell abut their poor experience. Generally it goes that one tells one who tell another who spreads it by 10 and each one of those spread it by 10. Do the math, I guess they havent taought that in recent years so ignorance of such is going to bite them big. When the postal system has better cs and delivery rates than they do thats really bad.
