How does UPS lose 2 packages??? I had one package claimed to be delivered at my paid PO Box on 7/1/20 and 7/3/20 and UPS website shows delivered but guess what, they were not delivered. I am still trying to get this issue resolved. It is sad that UPS employees are stealing packages but I have no other way to explain how 2 packages that were scanned delivered, never got delivered. I need a resolution. I try to have my packages delivered to a safe location so they are not stolen by porch pirates and they get stolen anyway. I am currently on hold for 60 minutes with UPS customer service. You can not get any better service than this UPS. I am furious!!!!
If theyre the same as where I am they actually state that my sutie number didnt exist! I am the building engineer, I think I know whats in my building. Its a sheer lack of training or just plain lazy. Customer service they are NOT. Corporate does not seem to care and the **** always run down hill yet they blame the field operatives. Start with crosstraining on a regular basis UPS. However I doubtr that that'll happen., Sad. Feel for you but glad to know its not just here.
