Ordered a freezer then they cancelled the order still haven't got a refund had to reorder it was told they would be at my house at 1 pm wasn't here then told by two people it was delivered when it wasn't that I would be getting a call about it never did. Spoke to 4 more people got hung up on twice last one finally found my freezer still in the warehouse. And still no refund a 250 dollar freezer has cost me 600 bucks and over two hundred in lost wages and still on the phone for an hour waiting for a manager because I keep getting lied to. Sears help ur customers and get away from the India call center they don't care and hang up on u when asking for help. And filling a complaint does u no good as Sears doesn't answer them
Curious if you have ever gotten your refund. I am going through the exact same thing. No freezer. No refund. Sick to death of the lies and excuses and yea not to be rude but not understanding the reps. Wth man. I am emailing every officer i can find online for Sears.
